George Smith Ag Service, Inc. Signs on With eMerge Genetics to Sell Non-GMO Soybeans

George Smith Ag Service was recently named as an eMerge Genetics seed dealer, providing the company access to eMerge Genetics’ complete lineup of premium non-GMO soybean varieties.

According to George Smith, owner, the decision to add the eMerge Genetics product line to their seed offering is based primarily on the growing demand for non-GMO soybean seed in the marketplace. “The non-GMO varieties developed by John Schillinger offer customers a non-GMO product with a disease-resistance package that will yield. John has a good reputation in the industry as a soybean breeder and within the soyfoods market.”

George Smith Ag, with locations in Keenes, Delafield, Orchardville and Johnsonville, has been serving customers for over 45 years. The company’s services include a full line of seed, chemicals, fertilizer, custom spraying, spreading and seed treating.
